I did my review but my husband wanted to make sure I did his . We always come here after the hurricane we were so devastated. We stay in other places because Casa Playa wasn’t open. We are so happy now this new crew is amazing great customer service very clean and staff always willing to help.I want to mention Danny always very helpful and willing to help at all time. Also Cindy in house keeping what a nice lady again very customer service. I would have love to stay another week but I will be back soon. Kudos to all the staff.
We had the best girls’ weekend at Casa Playa - Sunset Siesta Unit 703! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had the most amazing sunset views. Everything we needed was right there, and the location was perfect — right on the beach, restaurants, and shops. The host was super friendly and made everything easy. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxing getaway!
What a great place! When we checked in Danny was so welcoming. He had such a positive, helpful attitude. Greeted us with a margaritas, it was delicious! I can't say enough about our experience. It was clean, and well maintained. Beach amenities included lounge chairs, umbrellas, etc. Even a drill to put the hole in for the umbrellas in. Great stay! .
Excellent Resort! Daniel the front desk attendant was both informative and helpful. Daniel made the checking in and out process a breeze. Our room was up to date and offered and excellent view of the beach . The added amenity of complimentary Margaritas was the sweet cherry on top. We will definitely be back! Thank you Daniel!
Very clean spacious room with great view of ocean & beach. Quite property geared towards an older crowds. They do add a $99 room cleaning bill to your stay. And at the end of your stay you're required to take out all your trash, strip the bed linens and wash any dishes you use.
Before Covid and the Hurricane I would come every year I loved it. Now I love it even more the staff is super customer service they are on point with everything. Danny super nice and u can tell he is a people person always ready to help. Also I want to mention Cindy the house keeping person very very nice and helpful too. I hope this team stays for a long time. Amazing how clean they keep the facility!! KUDOS TO ALL OF THEM!!!
Its worth the spot you get. Close enough to walk anywhere you want to go. The staff is awesome. We booked through a package deal. But I'd definitely like to go back if it works out. Room is a little small but you get basically a full kitchen and a comfortable bed. My wife loved the free margaritas.
We had a wonderful stay. Our unit #603 was great. It had everything we needed and was very spacious and comfortable. The view of the gulf was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ernesto gave us alot of good information, set up a ferry ride to Key West, and was always quick to answer and help with any questions or concerns we had. It is not a far walk on the beach to the downtown area and finding many sea shells was fun and just soaking in the warm sunshine was very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend checking this vacation resort and rentals out if planning on a trip to Fort Myers Beach.
